Nerja Holiday Villas Apartments in Nerja, within the region of Andalucia in Southern Spain, is on the coast,
about 50 Kilometres from Malaga.
Nerja Boasts 16 Kilometres of sandy beaches and sparkling clear water. This
includes many little coves and beaches as well as the most popular
"Burriana" with many restaurants/bars and other facilities.
Our two holiday villas are part of the pretty Pueblo style development
called San Juan de Capistrano nestling into the hillside on the edge of Nerja.
There are panoramic views of Nerja, the coast and sea with the backdrop of the
mountains behind.
| The properties in San Juan are built in traditional style
with terracotta tiled roofs surrounded by beautiful well maintained
gardens and winding pathways.
There is an abundance of flowers all the year round such as Hibiscus,
Bougainvillea, Mimosa and Jasmin, to name just a few. |

A magnificent communal swimming pool with a separate
children’s pool in the centre of the development for exclusive use of
the residents and guests. As part of the facilities there are several
bars and places to eat, a restaurant and a well stocked supermarket all
within San Juan. Nerja town is about 1 km and has over 400 bars and
restaurants, something to suit everyone’s taste and budget. |
The Accommodation
Two bedrooms. The main bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet. Main
bathroom with shower over the bath. Comfortable lounge, well equipped kitchen
area. Lounge and main bedroom have double doors opening onto the terrace and
garden. Lovely sunny south facing small walled garden with lockable side gate.
Panoramic views along the coast and out to sea. Built-in bbq/chimney, patio
furniture and sun beds with cushions etc.

The other property has similar facilities, but no garden. It does have a
terrace and a further private roof terrace with a plunge shower and further sun
beds etc.
All linen provided [ except beach towels ]. Change of linen weekly. Special
rates for long rental periods.

occupancy and assume a two week rental period.

Car Hire
We can arrange car hire at special discounted rates with a local company that
we have used for over 18 years. All cars have air conditioning as standard.
Extra driver on insurance and free roof racks and baby seats if required can be
arranged if noted at the time of booking. No advance payment or deposit
required, you pay the car hire company direct after you arrive, but everything
confirmed in advance and before you go on holiday.
Flights
We also belong to a flight club that can arrange flights for you from any UK
airport [charter or schedule services]. If required, special family travel
insurance also available at very economic rates.
